1. Prices are inclusive of over load short circuit protection, high low voltage cut off and by pass arrangements and any other special feature can be had on request on chargeable basis.
2. Rates are inclusive of first filling of oil in Servo Voltage Stabilizers.
3. Rates are basic Price ex-works Bawana New Delhi -110039.
4. GST extra @18% or applicable at time of dispatch.
5. Stabilizers / Isolation Transformers are poly packed, wooden packing if desired shall be charged @3% extra.
6. Guarantee: We stand guarantee for the satisfactory performance of the unit for the period of twelve months from the date of sale. However this guarantee will be subject to the unit being used on double shift basis and does not include damage due to faulty operation, lack of maintenance, improper storage, deterioration, normal wear and tear and also does not include consequent losses.
7. Inspection and testing as per specification or relevant BIS code shall be in our works only.
8. Payments terms: 30% advance and rest before supply.
9. Goods once sold will not be returned.
10. Our responsibility cease as soon as goods leave our premises.
12. Any dispute arising out of the bill will be subject to Jurisdiction of New Delhi Courts only.
13. This price list supersedes all previously issued rate lists .The price list is subject to change without prior notice, at the discretion of company and price list prevailing at the time of booking the order shall apply.
